We respect our client’s privacy. Your information will never be sold and is protected to the highest degree.

Studio Policies

Lessons: Music Lessons are charged on a monthly flat rate basis. Extra weeks are not charged but will be counted as makeups for school holidays. Lessons are charged on a monthly basis by automatic credit card charge two days before the first of the month.

Cancellations: Once a lesson is scheduled, cancellations less than 24 hours will not be rescheduled and will be considered used.  Two makeups can be pre scheduled a year, although each makeup must be made within the month of the missed class. After two makeup classes, group classes may be taken. If student is sick lessons will be given through zoom.

Refund: Refunds are not given. Two weeks notice must be given to stop payment on the next month. In case of a missed class by the teacher a makeup will be given.

Inclement Weather: If the school closes due to inclement weather, a notice will be posted on the school’s website, social media pages, and an email will be sent to students. Gracenote Classical Academy of Music will reschedule the lesson.

Media Release: Pictures are an integral part of growing our school and shows future parents the type of community that we offer, please consider giving permission for photo release. 

I give permission to the Gracenote Classical Academy of Music and its affiliates to photograph, record and/or videotape me or my child(ren) during the course of lessons, recitals, and other performances that are school sponsored (“Performances”), and to use the photos/video footage for purposes of promotion and archive. I understand that by participating in the Performances, I hereby authorize the Gracenote Classical Academy of Music and its agents, successors, and assigns to photograph and/or videotape me or my child(ren) and/or our voice(s) without restriction and to utilize such photographs/videos and/or voice transcriptions for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to, the promotion and marketing of the Performances, and I agree that I will not be entitled to receive any compensation or any compensation as a result of such use.

Withdraw: In order to withdraw from lessons please send notice via email. You will need to give at least two weeks notice before tuition is charged. If your lessons are charged on the 1st you will need to give notice no later than the 15th of the month prior. Otherwise you will be charged for two weeks, this is non negotiable.
