Music Instructor - Contractor

About Us

Gracenote Classical Academy of Music is a welcoming community where children and adults find lifelong inspiration and joy through learning, performing, listening to, and participating with others in music. We are different from other schools. The core of our school is that we operate like a martial arts or dance studio. Students come at a minimum twice a week, and participate in group classes. Group classes give our students a natural intrinsic motivation to practice their instruments on their own. Music teachers who apply at our school will be required to teach both group and private lessons and should be comfortable doing so. We are a performance-based school and put on three recitals a year. Our students also prepare for the Royal Conservatory of Music Exams and prospective teachers should be familiar with the necessary requirements to add to their curriculum. Our program offers a broad and well-rounded curriculum that provides a strong musical foundation for students of different ages, abilities, and interests.
