INSTRUMENTS TAUGHT
Gracenote Classical Academy of Music offers private music lessons in piano, violin, voice, and more. Our private lessons offer students a challenging achievement program and a full round scope in music theory. Our school also offers wonderful group classes that include preschool piano, Music Together, and Suzuki violin classes.
We offer music lessons to students of all ages and levels. We focus on musicianship, musicality and technique. Beginning student will start with fundamentals, proper posture and technique, rhythm and intonation. Intermediate to advanced students will increase their skill and ready themselves for orchestra, choirs, or other ensembles. Repertoire is kept "alive" so that the student will have a significant portfolio.
Whether the students are beginners or advanced we are committed to keeping our students motivated, and enjoy seeing them pursue and showcase their music abilities. Gracenote Classical Academy of Music educates students in music theory, ear training, sight reading, technique and music history with the best teachers in the area.
VIOLIN
Violin lessons start for students at just 3 years old.
PIANO
Piano lessons start at just 3 years old.
VOICE
Classes start at 10 years of age: group and private lessons.
MUSIC TOGETHER
Classes are for mixed ages: infancy to 5 years of age.
GUITAR CLASS
Our guitar classes are perfect for ages 6 and up. Classes can be taken privately or in a group setting. Classes are on a weekly basis at 30, 45, or 60 minute lessons. We use FJH Young Beginner Guitar method books.
VIOLIN LESSONS
Violin lessons are given on a weekly basis at 30, 45, and 60 minutes a week. Lessons can be taken online or in person. Violin lessons can also lead into a spot in the string ensemble.
PIANO CLASS
Our piano classes are perfect for ages 4 and up. Classes can be taken privately or in a group setting. Classes are on a weekly basis at 30, 45, or 60 minute lessons.
VOICE CLASS
Group youth singing classes are available. Solfege, breathing techniques, warm ups and songs appropriate for age level will be taught.
MUSIC TOGETHER
Music Together exposes infant and young children to live music-making and movement experiences while having fun with their families and caregivers. The mixed ages class is a natural family environment that allows older children to show what they know to the younger, wide-eyed, observers and imitators.
